I do apologize for your first impression upon entering your room. We are undergoing upgrading renovations at the hotel as time permits. I'm sorry you found the lighting controls confusing - perhaps we should consider changing this. The air conditioning can be noisy especially if the unit in your room was not turned on. We are investigating the odor you experienced. « hide

I am sorry you found your room so noisy. We do have a quiet time policy. Had we known we could have corrected this problem for you. We do have swimming lessons at the pool for a few evenings each week except in the summer time. However, all hotel guests have the full use of the pool during our open hours. I do hope that you will return to stay with us at another time. « hide

I am sorry that you had such a noisy stay at the hotel. We do have a quiet time policy. Had we known there was a problem, we could have taken care of it. It is unfortunate that the pool was too cool to swim in. We later discovered that there was a problem with the temperature that has since been corrected. Dear Daphne,I do apologize for the confusion over the pool and breakfast times. We are currently double checking all literature to make sure that they are all duplicate the information that is clearly stated on the pool door.If you had mentioned your constricted times to us we would have been more than happy to arrange for the team to swim a little later. We would have been able to adjust the automatic timed lights so you would have been able to swim longer. The front desk have to close the pool at this time due to the Health & Safety issues.I hope you won your games and hopefully we can accommodate you in the future!I would be more than happy to discuss these issue to come to an agreeable room rate if you did return to try and compensate for the inconvenience caused.Kind RegardsDavid Smith « hide

I apologize that you had issues with your room. The renovations are progressing nicely. We will soon be placing laminate flooring in the hotel and we have upgraded the air conditioning units.
