“upset”; Dec 03, 2012 Jerome K, Battle Creek; checked in to room early. left about 2 p m. returned around 9 p m. couldn't get door unlocked. staff couldn't either and moved us to another room. finally they took the lock apart around 11 p m and we were able to get our suitcases. they appologized, but i don't think that was enough. we won't be staying at a days inn again..
