“My 4 day stay”

For the most part I enjoyed my stay at this motel. The following things I would like to comment on. The first thing is the heater in the room did not have a thermostat so it ran constantly I would think to be more energy efficient you should switch those out this would make it more comfortable pkus save money for the running of the motel. When i arrived I was given a key to a room that was never cleaned? So why r rooms not cleaned after people leave? Also the sidewalk was so snow covered and very icy as these rooms are on the outside. I also wanted to rent another room beside the one I already had for family members but was told I got the rate online so I would have to pay a much higher rate for the same room. This is in the middle of winter so it was not very busy and we were not able to use the pool so why would I almost pay double for the same kind of room? I am a good paying customer and this would have been more money for the motel if I could have rented another room for the same price for 2 nights I was already paying. So the rooms stayed empty as I refused to pay a mich higher rate per night! I was almost being treated differently because I booked online and I was tld at checkout I could not have a receipt because you guessed it I booked online! Hello, modern technology we all usually book online these days! The other suggestions would be to use a fitted sheet for the beds as the sheets constantly fell off the bed. All in all I enjoyed my stay for the price I paid online.
