Dear Tenant, I am very shocked and disappointed that your stay was less than perfect. Here at the Days Inn in Kent we strive to meet a high standard of customer service, cleanliness, and comfort for our guests. Their have been changes in protocol as well as recent renovations to the property to ensure this does not happen in the future to our guests. I can understand how this can be very difficult especially if you have health issues or are traveling with children.We have made several changes to the property to ensure that prior to check inn the rooms will be thoroughly inspected to ensure odors of smoke in non-smoking rooms are not present.
