“Great Time with family and friends”

  , North Olmsted
After reading some of the reviews I wasn't sure, about staying here. But we had folks coming from Coumbiana, Mahoning, Medina, Lorain and Cuyhoga Counties so we went for it. One of our group had said localy she has hard things had improved with the new owners. That said you could definatly see that the Hotel was making improvements. Our stay was wonderful, we grown-ups had a nice perch. The agent that took my call was very accomodately and helped me be sure to request want we needed based on the 5yrs-18year olds needing multiple rooms and the adults being able to see what the kids were doing. So long as the kids stayed in the Atruim we could keep tabs on everyone. The Kiddy pool and big kid pool were next to each other so one well placed young adult could keep tabs on kids in both pools. Even the room with pool tables, nicely glassed walls was fabulious. The teens thought they left the room, but we could still see them and their new friends. The rooms were clean, one had an odd odor. Not enough of one to keep the teens from wanting the big room though. The one issue was the room key opened the hall but not the atruim door, we had the doors proped open most of the time anyway so the kids could come and go. (we were told the locks in the buildig were all in the process of being replaced.) Breakfast was OK -very dark-food was cool and well not so tasty, but it definatly looked like they were working on that dinning room; so maybe next time will be better. I would like see some safety nets at the slide, a group of boys were climbing all over the outside of the structure, including the top of it (likely 3 stories high). Our over all stay was great; already planning another visit.
