Thank you for taking the time to let us know the negative and the positive of your stay. I am sorry to hear that you decided to not stay with us again on your way back through... but by you taking the time out to let us know how your stay was, we now know some of the things we need to get fixed so that our guests will come back. We have been checking the rooms after housekeeping finishes to make sure that the rooms are getting cleaned properly and that they are in satisfactory condition and ready to be rented to the customers. Also maintenance is working very hard at getting all the carpets in all rooms shampooed. Its not a process that we can get done in one day due to the number of rooms that we have but I can guarantee that we are working hard to get all rooms done as quickly as possible. Customer Satisfaction is what we strive for. Again thank you for the negative and the positive feedback which you have given. Thank You for bringing to my attention the problems you encountered during your stay here. We have looked over the problems and have taken action to get the problems resolved the best we can. We have had a meeting with all staff members concerning the way customer service should be handled. Maintenance has been working to make sure all ice and vending machines are working properly and we have a new pest control that has been coming out to eliminate the problems with roaches. Thank you for taking the time to bring to our attention the things that went wrong during your stay at our hotel. I sincerely apologize for the maintenance issues that you had that did not get taken care of immediately upon you reporting them to the front desk. We are more aware of the problems that are reported in to the desk and we are making sure that things get fixed in a timely manner or the guests moved to a new room. We also have changed pest control companies and have worked very hard to eliminate the problem with the roaches.
