Thank you for you review. As to getting supplies from the cleaning, we suggest that you contact the front desk and they will see that yo9u get what ever towels etc. that you need. « hide

We were sad to see your review regarding your recent stay at the Days Inn. What we must ask is if when you were so unhappy with the room upon check-in did you report this to the front desk and request to be moved to another room? You did not mention this in your review and if so what was done to make your stay better. We can only fix problems when we are made aware of them. « hide

We were happy to see your nice review of our facility. It is distressing to hear about the street noise, but as you know that is one of the things that we can not control. Again that you for the nice review. « hide

Thank You for the very nice review. Yes we agree the an elevator would be nice addition, but it one of those things that tough it sounds good, it is not practical for this location. Please come stay with us again and hopefully you can get a ground floor room. « hide

We are sorry that you found your non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. When a guest asks for a non-smoking room and then smokes in it we can not stop them. You did not say whether you contacted the front desk and asked for a different room, which they are taught to accomodate if at all possible. « hide
