“Disappointed”

I have stayed at the Days Inn a couple times in Tulsa, OK (maybe 3 times) and everything has always been perfect. However, my most recent stay did not go so well. I prebooked with my card, and once I got into town and went to pay, they declined the card that I prebooked with...Why would you accept my card over the website and then decline it at the desk? They said since it was prepaid credit card (which I have always used with you guys) that there had to be EXTRA money on the card. Well? Nobody disclosed that to me before I came down. To make a long story short, I could only pay for the first night (even though I had enough money for what you guys TOLD me it would cost on the card) and then I had to go to an ATM and withdraw cash for the second night (this cost me an extra ATM fee not to mention I could not get all of my money back off of my card because it only comes in $20 increments.) I had to completely CANCEL my 3rd night because since I couldn't use my cheaper booking deal I got through online I could not afford all 3 nights at this point. I am very disappointed about this, because I come down every couple months to spend some time with my family, and I could not afford to stay as long this time. Not a BIG deal, but maybe while prebooking on the site you could inform us of this hassle with prepaid credit cards?The room was clean just like it always is and the staff was very enjoyable. I am still disappointed in the hassle my credit card caused though, considering I DID have the amount you told me it would cost for the prebooked rooms, it messed with my vacation and I will most definitely be using a different hotel next time I come into Tulsa.
