We apologize that you felt as if we misled you, we certainly do our best to live up to guest expectations. We were exceptionally busy over the weekend, and extra blankets were in short supply.Saturday morning was exceptionally busy, with many rooms up for breakfast and ready to check out very early. Although there was a short time that we couldn't keep breakfast items completely refilled, we did not run out of any breakfast foods, with the exception of Orange Juice, which was due to a mis-shipment from our supplier.We hope that your future stays in hotels are much smoother. In the future, please don't hesitate to bring any concerns to the attention of the Front Desk; they should be able to assist you if you have any problems. « hide

We were exceptionally busy this past weekend and filled up quickly. We do apologize that you had to stay in a smoking room. We apologize for the inconvenience of the noise; generally we try to advise guests at check-in if their room is in proximity of the bar. For future reference, providing we have rooms available, we would be happy to move you to a comparable room away from the bar.Also, regarding TV reception, sometimes guest disconnect the cable service for use the TV for their own device, like a DVD player or game system.
