“No hospitality skills”

  , Philadelphia
I only have a few bad things to say and this is my experience and only mines. I used to stay here all the time a few years ago and you get what you pay for if you are looking for a 5 star hotel this is not the place but what I enjoyed about this place was the hospitality from the front desk I did not find that meaning a girl name Jennifer she was rude smacking the keys in the computer and short patience this over a simple question the night time girl was the same as well I called to get a wake up call and she was short not kind as well. I was given the feedback that the reason why Jennifer was nasty was because she was pregnant when did pregnancy became an excuse for being rude I really missed the other ladies that were here before they really took their job seriously and made you feel welcomed. Another thing that I noticed in the back rooms there were actually people living on the rooms and hanging on the outside giving the hotel a complete project look and they literally look at you like you are invading their space I personally will not be staying here anymore its a shame cause this use to be a really nice place to stay.
