“customer service”

long story short- first the tv remote did not work sent my daughter to front desk she was give a key to another room to switch the batteries, that did not do the trick, the front desk clerk came down and hooked up the box that had come unhooked and was behind the tv (complaining and grumbling the whole time) the next morning I sat in one of 2 matching chairs and after about ten minutes it fell apart and I found myself on the floor (I had just had spinal fusion 6 months ago) went to front desk and let them know, they did apologize, sent maintenance to get chair and he fixed it, and brought it back (same chair?). discovered later the air did not work told the front desk the next morning, they never checked it told me they had to replace the whole unit, fine, it would be a couple of hours- they came middle of the afternoon, the maintenance man took one look at it, it was missing a button and we just did not know to push the metal sticking up to turn the air conditioning on! on the last morning there were bugs in the bathroom. I had been told they would fix my bill to reflect the issues I had w/ this room- they took off $20.00! I will not stay here ever again.
