“DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!”

The motel it self was fair, a little pricey for the area but figured we would get a little more quality for more money, WRONG! We had to get on the road early, so got up to shower at 5:00 A. M. and no hot water. So we called front desk and were told he (would only identify himself as Bryan) could not help us. So after my wife and I both took cold showers, I went to the front desk to check out. I asked if we could be compensated somehow for the lack of hot water, and Bryan told us that it was not his problem. When I asked whose problem it was, he proceeded to tell me to get off the property or we would be arrested. I asked for his managers name and # and was again told to get out, that it was not his problem, and then on the way out the door he yelled,(from behind his glass partition) that he hoped I drove off a cliff. I have never been treated so rudely or had such bad service at a Days Inn.
