Hello Rod....We very much appreciate you taking the time to pen your review. We strive to provide our guests with a clean, comfortable room at a fair price. In your stay, we seem to have only managed 2 of the 3. Our property is equipped with newer pillowtop beds. It sounds like there is a problem with the particular mattress in the guest room you had. We have asked our housekeepers to pay close attention while servicing the rooms so that we can identify this issue. Our sincere apologies for the problem you had while trying to sleep. We have reviewed the Guest Logs for March to see if we could find any mention of issues such as the ones you encountered. We did not find anything. Our only goal is provide our guests with a competitive, comfortable stay. Please know that we would have done everything possible had we been aware of the issues to make sure they were corrected. Our water is sourced from one source for all our guest rooms, we have had no mention of any problems with it being black. We checked the Breakfast Room as we always had two toasters in there, and we noted that they are there and appear to be functioning normally. Perhaps the second one was blocked by a guest and not visible to you.
