“Super Disappointed with this hotel”

We stayed in a king size bed room which had a fridge and microwave, which I had to specifically ask for. The room was smaller than I was anticipating so I was disappointed, the picture online is deceiving. The bed had clean linens and the room was clean, but the bed itself was hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were not proper pillows, but filled with some sort of floating granular fill that shifted around and was uncomfortable. I found it very hard to get a good sleep in that bed. The television remote did not work well, so we often were stuck on channels, waiting for the signal from the remote to finally work. There was no nightlight in the bathroom, so you had to stumble in the dark to find your way ( or else turn on the 2 lights for the bathroom.) The room and hotel are not sound proof for being so close to the 401.I would instead, reccommend staying at the Ambassador in their queen economy, much better quality, basically the same room and better than this room for the same money- PLUS an indoor waterpark area.
