“Our getaway Trip”

The hotel is easy to find I asked the cleaning staff to clean the glass on the picture over the one bed.This was done, ,the rooms were clean , but the bathroom wasn't touched because our son who showered had left some hairs in the tub and along the tub top.I noticed when we returned from breakfast and i used the washroom the tub was not cleaned.The beds were made and the glass on the picture was cleaned.The garbage was still in the bathroom garbage and no new soap was given to us for the shower,plus the mirror on the bathroom door still had a hand print that i noticed when we first checked into our room.We were very disappointed in the pool.The water was cold.I did not go in it neither did my husband. Our daughter and friends kids went swimming but not for long.We were told the pool was shut off the night before so later in the day the pool will be warmer.My husband took our daughter to the pool around 8 pm and the pool was still cold.He talked to the person at front desk again about the pool and was told it will be fine tomorrow. Well tomorrow came and the pool was not fixed,we were told it got shut off at night and will be fine later onWe were told different stories about the pool from night staff to morning staff..We've stayed here 3 times now and this was the first time we were given different stories and the pool not working right.My family and friends were very upset.On checking out we told the desk woman and so did our friend about the pool,and how upsetting it is. You come to relax and enjoy a warm swim on cold days and can't do that.Our friend even told her at the desk you shouldn't lie to the customers, if the pool needs fixing then fix it and have a sign don't tell us different stories.
