“Days Inn Gatlinburg”

Room was adequate. Could have been cleaner for sure. Comforter on bed was stained. Tank cover on toilet was square and tank was rounded so tank was open. Bathroom was not the cleanest and shower walls had writing on them. Appeared to be done with marker. There were dirty towels on the glass roof over the pool the entire weekend. No one removed them.When checking out at 6:30 am I could not find a luggage cart anywhere and asked at the front desk where to find one. The 2 front desk ladies said they were in the parking garage. I told them I had just come from there and there was none down there. They said they were all being used then. I told them no one was even up yet let alone checking out. They said well there wasn't anything they could do about it, rolled their eyes, shook their heads, and looked at each other as if I was stupid. I then proceeded to carry our luggage one bag at a time from our room on the 3rd floor to the elevator and then to our vehicle in the parking garage as my husband was very ill and could not help. I found their "oh well" "you are bothering us" attitudes more disturbing than the condition of the room. The hotel has a great location. Too bad it is in such poor condition. I would stay there again if they cleaned it up and retrained the front desk staff that the guests are paying a lot of money to stay there and without the guests the staff will be without a job.
