“Terrible customer service”

Definitely not kid friendly!! I went there with three Of my children without my husband and then was implied at the front desk that I was lying like my husband would be showing up later. I assured the lady that this was not the case and I was traveling alone with my children on As my husband had stayed back home to work. I then took my kids to swimming in the pool only to have the same front desk lady come in and question me about their lobby cart implying that I had not returned it. I let her know that I had already returned it upfront and she had said well there's only two of them and they're 75 rooms here. I again apologize and let her know that it's sitting right up front where I had gotten it. We returned to our room and my kids were a little more noisy than usual as they were excited to be staying in a hotel and on vacation. As soon as we got to our room I received a phone call from the same front desk lady letting you know that the reports of my children jumping up and down and she was concerned that they were jumping on the bed I let her know that we had just returned to the room from swimming and then got off the phone with her. After pondering all these events I decided to call the front desk lady back politely ask her if there was a problem with me staying in the hotel with my children and I would be happy to go else where if there was she quickly informed me that she would not be able to refund my money but it was my choice if I wanted to choose another place to stay. I gathered up my children and we left for the whole evening I took them shopping in Portland and didn't come back until late at night,we quietly marched through the halls into our beds and slept soundly and left as soon as possible. I would not bring my children back to this hotel it was terrible customer service I have never had a problem at any of the places we stayed and we travel quite a lot!!
