“Disappointing”

Pros: Norma at the front desk was very friendly when we arrived and got us an early check-in.Cons: The pool area was freezing cold - about 15 degrees C. I asked someone to turn up the heat that evening and it took about a half hour to get someone to adjust the thermostat. When we left we realized they only turned it up to 19 degress - still way too cold. So the next morning I called the front desk at 7:00 a.m. asking if they could again adjust the heat in that room so we could use the pool at 9. I was told that this would be done. When we arrived at the pool at 9 no one had adjusted the temperature. So I again went to the front desk. The man at the front told me I would need to wait until the guy shoveling the front sidewalk came inside, and he would adjust it to 25 degrees. He also said "other people were using the pool and seemed ok." So, when the fellow came in from outside, he walked in the pool room, looked at the thermostat, and then left. He did nothing. At this point I was almost furious. My daughter was so cold - when getting out of the pool her lips were blue. The hot tub was not in service - there was a sign saying a part was on backorder. So I took her back to the room to give her a warm bath and...the plug for the tub drain was broken so I couldn't fill the tub.I should also point out that our coffee had not been refilled from previous guests and the blankets for the pull out bed are very poor quality - very hard and itchy, dusty, and not at all soft. Would also like pay per view movies.
