“I stayed in this hotel during a recent trip to Fla. to...”

I stayed in this hotel during a recent trip to Fla. to assist my father. I stayed one night. The girl that checked me in was very pleasant and knowledgeable. However when Iwoke the following day at 8am and decided to take a shower after the very long drive I did not have hot water in the shower. I tested the sink and the same was to be true. I called the front desk and the girl that answered was the same girl I checked in with at 1am in the moring of the same day. She assured me via phone that she would check into it. After approxiametly an hour I was met at the room by a man with an accent. He stated that the shower was at 82 degrees and that by state law it was within state guidelines. He asked what he cou;ld do for me I suggested that he supply me with a room that had what I consider to be hot water. All this takes place between an hour and a half to an hour 45. He checks another room and allows me to shower there, and then return to my initial room to dress and get ready to continue my trip. I was already behind by 2 hours. I felt when the complaint was made, that instead of checking the water temp....and running between room checking their water temps, that I could have just been given another room when the complaint was made. I felt that the matter was diffused and I did not regret the tip I had given the girl at the front desk. Howerevr I do think that the man that came to help me could have just given me another room at that point.SincerelyCat Ruggiero-Jones
