“Beds from hell”

  , Owen Sound
This hotel has a nice frontal facade but thats about it. The room we stayed in needed to be updated, everything in this hotel needed updating. It all looked run down as if it was gradually falling into disrepair due to neglect. The pictures used to promote this hotel must have been from when they first opened years ago. The rooms had a musty mouldy smell, the carpets were sticky dirty and there was dust on all the room furniture. The beds had no softness at all and felt like sleeping on boards. We arrived with two families and had two different rooms, we both had the exact some experience. We only spent one night and left feeling the aches and pains from our attempted sleep. Thankfully we quickly found another hotel that was run 100% better, and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation getting comfortable rest and great service.
