“Outdated and loud.”

  , Saint Louis
Upon entering the room things looked great, but that's about where it stopped. The bathroom door was a hidden/pocket door style, that didn't have the roller-guides. It was very loud to drag across the floor and quite cumbersome to manage. There was only a stand-up shower which had the water pressure of a garden hose. At least the temperature was of good quality. The toilet had problems voiding any contents that wasn't liquid. Our second night there we heard people talking in other rooms and dogs barking in the room above ours. Footsteps above us and in the hallways sound like people dropping bowling balls. It was one of the loudest hotels I've ever stayed at. The complimentary breakfast was hardboiled eggs and some pastries - along with standard hotel coffee. All side doors were locked at 11pm, even the outer doors with cardreaders were inactive, forcing everyone to park at the front entrance of the hotel. The vending machines were ancient and the pool was tiny. The sheets were the rough heavy duty kind of sheets that reminded me of hotels from 20 years ago. The pillows were quite comfortable though and the mattress was a nice firm mattress. TV was updated and the channel select was better than most hotels.Even though I got a decent price from a 3rd party site, I don't feel it was worth it. I will not be staying here again.
