“PAUL AND MONA TARADASH”

Upon entering the room for the first time, the first impression was not clean. Especially the carpet. there was a box of tissues which has three sheets left. One new roll of toilet tissue and one 3/4 used. The staff at the front desk were all in all at best unfriendly. Cold, unattentive and one just plain rude. One example was we asked the person at the front desk, where the breakfast was located, if they had a particular dry cereal that was there the day before, her answer without hesitation was "NO WE DONT". Ironically, five minutes later another attendant comes out with the requested cereal without asking. I'm sure you will agree that these practices at any price is unacceptable. Getting back to the room, we stayed there three nights, we put out the clean sign on the outside doorknob everyday when we left, the room was cleaned once. And the policy of not replacing clean towels everyday without asking is unacceptable,Our son lives with his wife and our new grandchild within close proximity of the motel, which makes it very convenient. We are from new york and plan to visit often. Needless to say we would like to stay at the same motel every time. Price wise you are in within our budget but some of the basic needs for us was not met. We don't require much, just general cleanliness and basic courtesy. Thank you for listening.
