“They gave me a room and took it back!!!”

We reserved the hot tub room that was given to another. We were discounted a stay in another room, but it took almost a half an hour to clear the mess up and actually get into the room. First off the staff directed us the wrong way then the staff did not know how to direct us at all were to go to find our room. We had to navigate the buildings and find it on our own. It was a smoking room with NO ashtrays, therefor we had to make another trip to the front desk. Later we were then called by a manager Chad and he said he was giving us a complmentary stay in the hot tub room we originally reserved. The next morning we were woken up to the maid knocking on our window 4 hrs. before our check out, followed by 2 phone calls rudely telling us when check out was. When we went to check out before our time was up because we were so disgusted we of course had to wait again because nobody was at the front desk.... the daylight lady at the front desk eventually showed up with her big attitude and had said she was not giving us the other room and she needed to call the owner that Chad was not aloud to give us a complimentary stay... I was beyond fed up and simply left! I had never witnessed such disorganization and unprofessionalism in my life!!!
