Dear Guest,We thank you for being our loyal customer and we are sorry that you are disappointed with our pool policies.Please know that indoor pool is a great responsibility for all our staff members. Since there is no lifeguard on duty, we ask adults to supervise their children. We do have signs in the pool are such as No Diving, No Jumping and No Running. When Manager was trying to keep children from jumping, he did not mean rude in any way, he was trying to make yo aware of children jumping in the water might cause slippery floor and injuries. We are an economy brand but we have most of necessities our guests need: shampoo, soap,toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving gel, combs and shower-caps etc.In regards to dining and other activities, we are located in a very popular are. Many restaurants such as Olive Garden, Red Lobster, TGI Fridays and Texas Road House are within a half a mile. There are two malls nearby and other shopping. Dear Guest,We are very happy that you found your stay with us pleasant, satisfactory and our staff nice.Our hotel is not new but newly renovated: all beds are new, we replaced wall-covering and renovated bathrooms.
