I want to apologize again for any issues you had with your stay. I am sorry that you were unsatisfied with your accommodations. The room is equipped for 2 adults based on the reservation that you made and unfortunately we did not know it was 3 adults until after there had already been a complaint. I do want to point out that there was no charge for both nights for the additional guest as a courtesy. I was unaware there was also a noise issue with your stay, so I am sorry for that as well. Thank you for saying our hotel is nice, we are grateful you think so. In regards to your dissatisfaction with amenities I do have to beg to differ about what we offer. We do provide Wyndham Reward points for most stays (point eligible based on discounts) and while your company does receive a valuable discount, we have set it up that all of the people who travel with your company DO received points. If you feel someone intentionally left your points off of your reservation I apologize, but it is very easily fixable at any stage before, during, or after a stay. Also, I am not sure when your last stay was but we were in the middle of a difficult software transition on operating systems, and had to create new profiles for all of our guests. My point being that if your member number was attached to a previous profile we no longer have that information and would need to input it again. So this may have been a truly honest mistake. The restaurant on site is fantastic and they do offer 10% off to all of our guests, They have a wide variety on their menu to suit all budgets, so I am not clear as to what made you feel it was overpriced. Also, there are several other options within on mile to choose from for any budget.We do have fridges available in most of our rooms, have you requested one before? If you choose to stay again it is an option. If you select a room without a fridge we still have portable units available based upon request. Also, there is a microwave in the lobby that all of our guests are welcome to use at any time. So I am sorry you were misinformed of those amenities. Finally in regards to the laundry; it is coin operated and overseen by Maytag. We put them here to provide people the convenience of washing their clothes if needed and based on a comparison for other hotels in our market it is on par or lower in cost.
