“visiting THON at Penn State”; Feb 20, 2013 Amy D, New Brunswick; Originally I booked fri only but was so glad when the hotel called to let me know sat was available too due to a last minute cancellation. The room was not cleaned on Saturday though (bed not made, garbages not emptied, etc), and I told the front desk at checkout nobody ever came (they discounted 15%, which was nice/appreciated). Service was really excellent except for the room not being cleaned. I also called down to get a copy of the paper, if extras, b/c my friend was in the front page article/photo - thanks or this!

We are truly sorry that your room was by passed for cleaning on saturday. We can only assume that this oocurred due to the fact that the room was scheduled to depart and housekeeping was not notified in time of your stay over. We have addressed this issue in order to better communicate between the front desk and housekeeping in order to avoid any such future issues. We hope to see you again soon. « hide
