“Noisy Guests”

The room was good but the noisy guests woke me every night for our 3 night stay. I spoke to the Night Manager and suggested they put silent door closers on the exit doors that were being used by guests as they were closer to the car park then the front entrance. His response was I only work here, not the response I expected. I was trying to assist the motel as noisy guest are hard to deal with. I didn't want to write a negative review I wanted to assist as I recently owned and operated a motel in Australia myself. I should have been thanked for my recommendation and be told that it would be passed onto management but I was made to feel like a complaining guest. I think your staff need some lessons in customer service.
