When we arrived, we didn't get a handicap accessible room. Mary can't step over the side of a tub.Went to see the front desk the next day, and the man behind the desk was gracious and kind. He put us into a handicap accessible room.We had to leave earlier than expected because of Hurricane Sandy. I think we were charged for the room (it was 11:30) I can certainly understand why they would have to charge us.We come to visit 3-4 times a year, and stay at a motel-hotel because Mary can't stay at our daughter's home. I would hesitate to stay again as they handicap accessible was on the reservation. The clerk read it to me.If Mary doesn't have a shower she can get into, we would be ahead staying at my daughter's.Have a great day.I would rate the check in average to poor (because we didn't get a handicap accessible room. But the rest of our experience was a 4 out of 5.
