“Do not stay here”

This a great location in R.I. I do not recommend this hotel due to very poor maintenance. My room had at least 10 patches made with spackle to the walls. this was done over the wall paper. Any painted surface was chipped in multiple places. The paint on the ceilings was peeling. The switch in the bathroom was loose. The exhaust fan switch did not work. Lamp shades were ripped. The mixer in the tub had to be fiddled with to get the shower to work. This was a smoking room, (which I asked for) the bed spread had multiple burn holes. The telephone was filthy. I did not even try the breakfast as I was concerned about the cleanliness of the whole operation. I saw that most of the screens were broken on windows of the rooms near mine. The paint in the common areas was dirty. The common areas were in very poor shape. I had to change rooms when i first arrived due to no internet connection. The hosts had no other solution. The room they gave me had a very spotty connection. I feel the franchice owner of this location is not representing your company well.
