“business owner”

We are business owners who were in Aiken for clean up after the ice storm. We had made reservations ahead of time. When the man got there for the room he was told he did not have a reservation and they hassled him. He had to redo the whole process. This happened two different times. Our project manager learned very quickly that Janet was the only one there that knew what was going on. Janet is the one that makes this place run. We came to check on the crew so learned first hand that the rooms were less than clean. There was roofing debri laying in the pool area and around the property. Other garbage as well. A torn and shattered laundry cart laying in the pool area as well. Not much of a selection for the breakfast. Only one of our crew would eat there. Had to buy breakfast elsewhere. Our credit card was double billed on several occasions. Janet is the one that finally got it straightened out for us. Thank you Janet. I am not sure how much she is paid but should be getting plenty for what she does and what she has to put up with. I was in there asking questions about making future reservations, etc. The owners followed her around as if they did not trust her. It was very concerning for me to see the conditions she has to work in. Janet is a saint!!!!Janet is the only one that knows what is going on. A friendly smile and always very professional and courteous on the phone. When I call there I will call back if she is not there. We have had some of our employees staying there for 10 weeks now except for when we were kicked out for the Masters tournament. Owners seem to be very money oriented. No upkeep of the property.
