The front desk staff was awesome no complaints there, but the room was a different issue. If it wasn't for the fact that it was late Saturday night, really no rooms else where and that my neighborhood was out do to a power outage, I would have left. The knob on the heating unit was broken so I couldn't adjust the heat in the room. The front of the dressers drawers were broken. The room had one queen bed and one full bed that didn't fit the head board. In the shower the tray that holds the soap was so nasty looking that I told my daughter that she could wait until we got home to shower. In the morning I sent my 11yr daughter around to get some breakfast for her and my 1yr. She came back saying she wasn't allowed to do so. That meant I had to leave her in the room with my newborn twins and a 1yr just to get stale bagles and bruised apples and the attendant was about to tell me the same but I told him I had infants in the room and was not going to lug them in there in the rain just to eat some dry toast and lumpy orange juice. Then to top it off housekeeping at 10:30ish knocked on my door and opened it at the same time while my 11yr was getting dressed. And instead of saying sorry and closing the door she stood there with the door wide open asking if I was going to stay over.
