“Overall assessment of hotel”

I was a guest at your hotel on Friday, October 19th for one night. I have a couple complaints regarding the hotel. The first one happened to be the fact that two spiders were found in the bathroom that were still alive, the vanity top had crumbs on top, and there was someone's dried up toothpaste still left in the sink. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was told that she would look into it and get back in contact with me. I never heard back from the hotel. So at check out I expressed my concerns about the above and the clerk stated that I would receive a call from the manager and I haven't received a call as of yet from the management team. This is poor customer service. Also, I was told that the noise level would be reduced but there was some kind of knocking within hotel the entire night so the vehicle traffic wasn't the problem as much as the hotel knocking noises.
