“worst ever”

I made a reservation about 1 month in advance for 2 Adults & 3 children. I was promised two Queens & a Roll Away Bed. I confirmed with the Days Inn Motel in Dillion, SC itself the night before our arrival. When we get there, we are told that they do NOT have rollaway beds. They NEVER have rollaway beds. Our 8 yr old child had to sleep on a chair with legs propped up. When I went down to complain and ask for more towels (only two in the room for five of us) was given about a dozen hand wash cloths. When I asked the person for her name, she REFUSED to identify herself. When I asked when the manager will be in, I was told about 5 days. The next morning I went back downstairs to speak with another person who did confirm that the manager Ms. Patel will not be in for another 5 days. She did give us 4 towels. However, when we came back downstairs around 9am for some breakfast, everything was already put away. 5 days later, I called the motel several times without an answer. Then I called corp. Days Inn took my complaint, then a week later I get an email that they will give me $45 off of my next stay. NEXT STAY?? Never. Stay away from the Days Inn. They have very poor customer service and they will flat out lie to you when you make or confirm a reservation.
