“Worst service I have ever encountered.”

  , Moncks Corner
When we arrived I was greeted by a rude sigh, then "Can I help you?". But from where? Oh, there she is in a separate room laying down on a couch watching television, talking to someone who obviously not a customer on a work phone. It was Franz, how delightful. This by far the most rude front desk attendant I have ever encountered, and I have stayed in Beijing for a month. She was very good at making me feel bad for making her do her job. She never made eye contact the entire time I was in the lobby. She talked to her friend on the work phone until she finally make it to the counter. She wrote down my credit card number and information, which made me very uncomfortable since I just had my card information stolen 2 weeks prior. If I needed to sign something, she tapped on the paper instead of actually telling me and pointing to it. She also had a pizza delivered to her during out encounter. To pay him she pulled money out of her bra. This was before she handed me the room key with said hand. DISGUSTING!!! Aside from the trashy woman, the hotel was not so bad. The room smelled like pickles but was somewhat clean. The breakfast was disappointing and not very fresh. I guess you get what you pay for. It probably wasn't a hotel I would go to again anyways, but due to the customer service there is no way I will ever be back.
