“We were pleased”

We stayed for 5 days over the Easter holiday weekend to vacation at Disney. 1.) The CLEANLINESS of the overall property including lounge, breakfast room, pool and grounds was nice. The room perfectly fine when arriving on the first day. I think because of being at full capacity, it was a strain for the staff to keep up with cleaning and restocking all the rooms for those specifically who were staying over several days. So, we rarely had our garbage removed and floors vacuumed thoroughly and on one occasion had no towels (though the brought them within the hour of our requesting them). 2.) The SERVICE provided by the front desk was, in my opinion, very helpful, personable, and professional. I find no fault there. We do not speak Spanish so we found it difficult to communicate with anyone else on staff directly. I see no fault there either, and it did not inconvenience us at all. The one annoyance in service that I saw was that in the breakfast room, though well stocked and organized, the toasters and the microwave could not be used at the same time without tripping a fuse immediately. I was told that this would be the case when I inquired about the specifics of breakfast and the desk worker was very informative. But, nothing was done to fix the problem. 3.) The LOCATION is 15 minutes from Disney in traffic. The desk worker provided detailed advice about Disney as well as printed directions and address to use with our GPS. It is 5 minutes from Wal-Mart and 10 minutes from Medieval Times. 4.) The VALUE was a little high for what we hoped to pay as a family of 6 staying 5 nights in 2 rooms. I thought that we should have gotten a little better discount...but the rate was reasonable considering the higher cost for the holiday weekend. 5.) The ROOMS were in good condition. Not old. The shower worked great. There were a few sugar ants in the sink and on the bathroom counter, but there were no other bugs anywhere neither did we think that the cleanliness of the room was compromised because of it. The TV was great...large flat screen, DSTV. The beds were advertised as Queen size but we have a queen size hat home and their bed was definitely not as wide. 6.) The SLEEP QUALITY was good with no outside disturbances (i.e partying, traffic, etc).
