“Falling Apart”

  , Moline
I stayed here with my husband and 4 month old on the way to family thanksgiving in another state, and my experience was less than desirable. When I checked in, the frost desk person was on the phone with another customer and was VERY rude to the person on the phone, and actually hung up on them and slammed down the phone to wait on me. The entire first floor was "under renovation" according to her, so I was forced to carry my child's carrier, pack/play, etc up a flight of stairs, as the elevator was nowhere near my room. The paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom and the toilet didn't empty when it flushed. There was a large open area by the door, which caused a rather noticeable draft in our room, and ended up having the baby sleep in bed with us because I couldn't keep the room warm enough for his little body. I will not be staying here again!
