“Won't be revisiting.”

Maid service knocked on our door 10 minutes before check out time trying to move us out of our room. We were very clearly taking our belongings to the car and we still had 10 minutes. We picked this hotel for its claim to be pet friendly. They didn't have a pet friendly room available and charged us $50. We also were told this charge would be removed, it wasn't. We were charged TWICE for our stay on 2 different credit cards and when I called to resolve this the front desk was VERY rude. Her response was "we can't charge 2 cards at a time and it only shows we charged your card". I asked her how to resolve this issue because my card and my mother's card were charged for the hotel room. She didn't want to resolve it even after faxing a bank statement. We had to contact management. We are taking our business elsewhere. We moved to a different hotel that weekend and when returning on the 2nd of Jan 2014 we have already made reservations elsewhere.
