“Shopping Venture”

This was our third visit over the past few years to the Days Inn. I have to say this one was most confusing/somewhat disappointing for our 9 member party and the 5 rooms we rented....We secured our rooms early on prior to our visit...When we arrived, my reservation at first was not found shortly to be told that I had two rooms booked... I only booked one.......Our friends were told they had no room then to be awakened at 10PM to be asked who they were and that no one had been scheduled for that room....Really....how did they get into the room initially but from the front desk? When we checked out, all of the rooms were charged different rates until we spoke and renegotiated the group rate to be equal.....We were taken care of but the hassle was disturbing.....We might have to consider another hotel for our shopping excursion next year. The afternoon front desk staff left MUCH to be desired......
