I stayed here for a week after getting a deal on Priceline. I chose this hotel even though it was far from where I needed to be everyday ONLY because it was inexpensive. Had I known about the additional pet fees I would have just used the extra money and stayed closer to downtown. When selecting the package from Priceline you are unable to see which hotel it is and it does not list any information about extra costs. The only information I receive about bringing my dogs with me was that it was a pet friendly hotel and pets are welcome. Once I get there I find out that it's actually 10 dollars each pet, each night, and no where was this posted prior to paying for my stay. Both dogs did not stay with me every night, but I still ended up paying an extra $100 or more in pet fees. I felt a little ripped off and irritated, but I'm not sure whose fault this is... Priceline's? Days Inn's? Mine? Everything else was OK. It's not the greatest hotel and it's not the worst. I had some fruit flies in my room when I first arrived and my mini fridge froze all of my food. The cable was worthless as I got about 5 channels and they were fuzzy. Other than that, it was a decent experience. As far as customer service goes... out of ALL of the people I encountered there were only two people that were nice. These two people- Jessica and Anisha (Aneesha? I can't remember her name) were beyond sweet and friendly. The other two ladies at the desk were short and cold and at times a bit snotty. There were two gentlemen that worked during the daytime only... the older one was neither nice nor rude. The younger of the two was rude to me and my friend.
