“Parking, Staff, and Water Pressure... But the beds are comfy!”

Fix your parking situation! If you offer additional parking to guests don't make them get up at 7:30am to move their vehicle into a lot that still doesn't have any parking. As for the staff... Smiling goes a long way! If you want to be helpful actually be helpful, perhaps follow through on what they say they will do. ie: actually program wake up calls. Keep in mind the cleanliness of the staff reflects that of the hotel. When you walk into any establishment if the staff appear to not have showered in a week you will associate their state with that of the establishment. Thank goodness this wasn't actually the case. Dealing with guest complaints... I didn't make any complaints but did overhear another unhappy guest make some and saying "we apologize" goes a long way and is a lot more appreciated than "Ya I know". The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The shower however had no water pressure.
