“Scam Call”; Jan 18, 2013 Dennis Mr G, Manchester; Everything was good except the scam call at 5AM. Nothing Hotel could do about it.I got a call at 5AM telling me the computer servers went down and asking me for my name. I told the caller I'd take care of it at the front desk. Others might have fallen for it.
