“Bad Stay At Willcox Days Inn”

No restroom for new guest checking in. Wife had to use the restroom really bad. Had to wait for Bradly to completely check us in before getting a room key. He was checking us in when he was interrupted by a rude guest he just checked in. Bradly stop to help that guest instead of asking him to wait so he could finish checking us in. Tried to give him my confirmation number to speed up the check in process. Bradly said that confirmation number is will not work. I haven't had any problems in the past with confirmation number. Notice after taking him forever to check us in that he had my name with someone elses address and credit card information for one of the rooms but the correct information for the other room. He responded with it's paid for. Mention it to lady at check out in the morning, her response was he is new. But she did not do anything to correct the information either. It must have been a computer problem. Had problems the first day connecting to WiFi. Was able to connect on the second stay. The bed sheets for room 239 had what looked liked rust stain. Room 111 look liked the microwave was not cleaned after the last guest. I've stayed at this Days Inn back in 2007 with no problems. Don't know what happen.
