“Disappointing.”

The reviews showed this to be a good hotel. Unfortunately, this does not reflect our experience. The air conditioner didn't work so we got no sleep the first night. The maintenance man came the next day to fix it however it needed to be replace and no one but the owner has access to the storage rooms and maintenance room so it was not able to be replace. The gentleman that tried to fix it was great and went and got us a fan to use. The pool was indoors but was so cold the kids could not swim for more than a few minutes. Worse of all, the door did not lock to our room. You didn't need to use a key to get in our room, we just pushed it open. We told the assistant manager and he said he knew, just slam the door really hard. We did that, and after 3 tries, it finally locked. And then, to top it all off, breakfast was until 9:30 and at 8:00 they were out of waffle batter and told us "I know, it's just gone." Maintenance man is the best thing at this hotel. He actually cares about the guests and wants to make their experience a good one.
