We have contacted this guest and apologized for his experience and made good with him.During special events, our staff works special hard to make sure all special requests are taken care of and that all the guests are assigned into the correct type of room. It does take time and we ask for your patience if you arrive early. Of course if we had room ready, we would have tried to accommodate early arrivals. Regarding toilet or any other concerns, please contact our staff and they will handle all your concerns with professionally trained staff and will work hard at addressing them. We appreciate guests who try to handle their concern on their own but we cannot promise that the result would be satisfactory. We have since checked his room and his toilet is working correctly. The walls in between each room are made up of insulated cinder block sandwiched in sheetrocks. Sometimes, we do have guests that are a little too thrilled or excited and it only takes a phone call to our staff and they will be happy to try to help these guests calm down. Our breakfast is served from 6am to 10am and we recommend eating breakfast early to avoid the crowd. We apologize that our selection is limited for careful eater - though we offer hot Belgian Waffles, 2% milk, whole milk, tea, coffee, chocolate, sweet roll, whole wheat bread, whole wheat bagel, original corn flake, and heart healthy oatmeal with different flavors, 3 fruits, and juices. « hide

We thank this guest for taking time to comment. We apologize for his bad experience. I understand that this guest was upset about the parking fee. We work hard at informing all our guests about the parking fee. It is on our website as well as on most other party websites. We inform all our guest verbally when they call us or make a reservation directly with us. This guest insisted that he did not see the information on our website. No matter what we showed him, he would not change his mind. We even offered for him to cancel his reservation and check out without charge initially during the check-in process. He refused. The outside temperature when he got back from the show at 10pm was around 40 degree F. The staff explained that at the hotel HVAC will not work when it is so cold outside. All the other guests were wanting heat. He was offered a fan which he also refused. He did ask for the manager but the manager had already left at 8pm. The fact that this guest chose to stay all night should indicate that whatever concerns he had were minor in nature and did not rise to the level which would have caused him to check out immediately. We apologize the staff was not immediately available to him around 10pm. The staffs were responding to questions asked by Arlington PD regarding an unregistered vehicle that got towed. Afterwards, the staff did give full attention to this guest and promptly responded to all his questions. Regarding the TV channels, we carry all the local channels and The Weather Channel, Cartoon network, CNN, Headline News, Fox News, Bloomberg, ESPN, Discover Channel, National Geographic, TLC, TBS, TNT, USA, FX, FIT TV, Speed, ESPN2, Encore, Encore West, Encore Action/Adventure. « hide

The hotel has recently installed new environmentally friendly venting to maintain interior air quality. The HVAC system was also recently augmented with new state of art environmental friendly HVAC. Our water comes from City of Arlington's water tower and has one of the best water quality in our area. All our bedrooms and bathrooms are routinely deep cleaned and disinfected. Our housekeeping and maintenance staff regularly bleach and recaulk all our bathrooms. Our TVs have separate TV specific electronic remotes and it is quite unlikely that the neighbor is able to change one's TV. Generally, if you are uncomfortable with anything in the room, please inform our front desk staff and they will work very hard to make you comfortable. « hide

All the rooms in Arlington, TX are higher during special events and we work hard at remaining competitive with similarly located hotel. « hide

We thank this guest for taking time to comment. We apologize for his electrical and heating problems. We have checked all the electrical plugs in all the rooms and have not found any that was worn out or not useable. Had the plug being not useable, there would not have been any lights in the room as the lighting wiring is tied to the electrical plugs. As to the heating system, if unsure on how to operate the heating control in the room, it is best to ask the staff to come show how it is operated. It has been in the low 20 to 30's at night during December and our heating system has been working. « hide

Breakfast is served between 6am to 10am. If you arrive a few minutes later and ask the staff for breakfast, they will be more than happy to help. The kick-off time for Cowboys vs Saints game was at 12:00pm on that date and everybody was probably checking in and checking out about the same time. We always recommend eating breakfast early when it is less crowded. « hide
