We thank Steven for taking time to comment. We are grateful that he gave us high marks for Location, Cleanliness, and Value. We apologize for that our staff was not very accommodating or very good at communicating about the parking situation. Steven stayed with us during a special event at the cowboys Stadium and apparently was not aware that the hotel charges for parking for one night stays. The hotel does have a parking package that include the parking for two consecutive nights stay during special events. We recommend our Stadium View room with two pillowtop queen beds for guests that demand more from their rooms as these rooms have been refreshed with new beds, carpeting, carpet padding, drapery, softgoods, furnitures, lamps packages with multiple outlets and decor packages. We hope to see Steven on his next trip as we continually improve our hotel. « hide

Regarding the WIFI, it is password protected and we recommend contacting our front desk to get the password. We apologize for the confusion on the parking fee. It is prominently placed, highlighted and in bold on our website and we will endeavor to do a better job communicating it. We recommend contacting the front desk when you have any concerns or if you do not know how to operate the new HVAC system. The desk clerks will work hard at addressing any concerns you may have. The toilet has been rechecked in this room and everything is working correctly. Christopher was given a room that had an extra door to an adjoining room. We were unaware he was bothered by the noise from the adjoining room or else we would have moved him into another room without adjoining room. One of our staff has a natural loud voice and I have mentioned to her to talk less excitedly as her voice could be mistakenly interpreted as yelling. We are glad though, he did like our location, value, cleanliness and service. We thank him for his business. « hide

We thank Dorie for taking time to comment. We apologize for the confusion surrounding her reservation. The GM's wife does not work at the hotel but we have discussed Dorie's impression with the desk clerk on duty. Earlier this week, we did contact Dorie and apologized for the confusion and informed her that we were having her reservation further researched by our Central Reservation as a result of her claiming she only had a reservation for one room. We were unaware of her concerns as there are no records that she notified the front desk about any of them. We have checked about these other issues in her room and everything was working normally and there were no smell or noise issues. As she chose to stay for two nights, we are assuming these inconveniences were minor in nature and that the major problem is the confusion surrounding her reservation and we are sorry she is upset about it. We are glad though she liked the location and value and we will endeavor in our follow up letter to her to resolve the reservation confusion fairly. « hide

We thank Michael for taking time to comment. We apologize for his experience. Michael used a debit card to check-into the hotel. We did inform Michael at check-in time that we charge a $100 deposit for cash or debit card customers. The deposit is to make sure, there are no extra charges or damages for smoking or bringing in a pet into a room which will require extra deep cleaning. This deposit charge is immediately refunded upon check-out and if paid by debit card, depending on how fast his credit card bank takes to process a credit, he will see the credit usually by the next credit card statement. We have contacted Michael and tried to make it right. As explained to Michael, he did approve the $100 damage deposit and the hotel cannot be held responsible for any consequential fees as a result of him using his debit card. Nonetheless, we are glad he really liked our location, sleep quality, rooms, and cleanliness. We will work on explaining the debit card charges better and hope he will give us another try as he did appear to have enjoyed his stay with us. « hide

Murl is from South Dakota and though it may feel like 90's to him the average Arlington, TX temperature in April is around mid 40 in the low and around mid 60 in the high. The HVAC was working in his room; however, our staff did a poor job explaining how to operate it. I have shared his comment with our staff and have instructed them to physically show guests how to operate the HVAC if they were unable to resolve it by phone the first time. A new state of art green HVAC was installed last year and it will provide years of comfortable cooling in our sizzling hot Texas summers in an environmental friendly manner. « hide
