“VERY POOR STAY”

For starters, the hotel is not what the online pictures make it seem. The pictures do not do justice to the nightmare you walk into. When you book through the online website they mislead you by giving you the average rate per night without the break down of the rate change. This is common with some 3rd parties, but I have not dealt with a hotel's website that does not inform you of a rate change over the stay. The manager proceeded to belittle and insult me by insinuating that I did not know how to do basic math along with her attitude. This would have to be the worst customer service I have seen including my 10 plus years in the Hospitality industry. To top it off I was booked in a non-smoking room, but the comforter on my bed had several cigarette burns. The rooms were very unclean and outdated. The service, cleanliness and room quality were very poor. (Oh, let me not forget the human feces on the bathroom wall) What a HORROR!!!
