“Good service, but pretty dirty.”

  , Pittsburgh
All staff members that I dealt with were very friendly and helpful, but the room was a bit grimy, there were holes in the sheets, dust on the ceiling, and there was a weird smell as though the room had been smoked in recently and then sprayed with Fabreeze even though it was non-smoking. The bed was also a bit too bouncy, but I like a super firm bed. All of this is manageable for the price, but on my second day there I saw some roaches. The guy at the front desk was super helpful about it and canceled the rest of the stay, but he acted as though this was the sort of thing that happens all the time in Austin. Maybe in this hotel, but I've been in the city a bunch of times and this was the first roach I'D ever seen.
