“Room not ready.”

We drove from Texas, about 5 /2 hour drive, check in time was suppose to at 3:00 PM.We arrived at around 5:30 PM and the room was not ready, The desk cleck told us we had to wait because they were short of cleaning staff.It was a cold and rainey day so we when to a local casino and then went back to the room about 2 hours later. I had made reservations about two days before. We were not the only guests that had to for the room to be ready.The next night we came in very late and we could not get in our room because the key did not work, so I went to the desk and the cleck had to re-key it and said that it was a mistake, I told him I had booked the room for two nights, but I guess he did not care.
