“what should you expect?”

The Manager I forget his name but he was very pleasant. Right away he greeted me gave me a bottle of cold water and told me everything I needed to know (room number,WiFi code, etc). Went to the room and wasn't too impressed. #1 the door was very difficult to open room #211. #2 the room was outdated as far as TV,microwave,refrigerator. #3 I wasn't too pleased that it was a connecting room I was a little uncomfortable and wish I would have known. #4 the blanket on the bed was very uncomfortable, it was rough to the touch so I slept with the sheet only. #5 when I was checking out I asked for a small bottle of lotion because the soap dried up my face and the employee was dealing with another customer which I understand but there should be at least one other employee to help especially during checkout time. Let's just say I left without the lotion. I give the rating a 3 only because of the nice manager I wish I could remember his name, I just remember he wore glasses while checking me in and came outside and talked to my husband about our new car.
