“Arlington 2012”

This is not the first time that I had stayed at this location. I must admit the first time was a much better experience, while the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of service. To be honest I felt as if it didn't matter that I was there or not to the operators of this facility. The so called breakfast consisted of some very hard biscuits, a few muffins (not over 6 or 7 at the most), a juice machine that was out of order, jelly that was so old that it was hardened in the little pack, and no coffee. When I did confront the person behind the desk, I was given a blank stare and was told "sorry". Not only is a clean room and comfortable bed a selling point for me on the location but I also like to be made to feel like I am welcomed and important.
